Hole appeared in the upvc heel pad after a very short time. Sent a pic along with a polite message to them and received an email within ten minutes, telling me that a replacement mat was on the way. Recieved a full set free of charge within a week. This is the best service I've ever received from any business. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.
