Called up after finding them online late one evening. Mark (not a sales person) managed to answer my questions and get me an indicative quote within minutes. Told them I'll do a bit more research before decided. Got a follow up call the next day from Alex Cama just to follow up, no hard sell so going over some points. Decided to go with CCF as good price and nice chaps. Alex was efficient and knew the process well and was good in keeping on top of the case. The car dealer was slow in getting the paperwork through and Alex even tried out of hours on a weekend to try keep the paper work on track. If you choose to use CCF you'll feel the value added and what their fee pays for. Would definitely recommend both Alex, Mark and CCF!
