I've personally been dealing with James Dale, the sales manager. He has been brilliant from the moment I first emailed in for a quote. He got a personalised quote and rate over to me for my car within a couple of hours which was just before I went to view the car. When I decided to buy the car whilst standing on the forecourt, he was ready at the end of the phone to take my details and process them immediately. After just over an hour, he came straight back to me with the decision allowing me to buy the car.
