1 star is to good for this company. Lost £1200 as they forced the school to cancel early or risk losing all the money. Having read the other reviews it is obvious they have no morals or ethics. They appear to be hiding behind every clause possible. I would urge people going next year to reconsider before it is to late. I would have expect a small administrative cost of 10% but 50% is daylight robbery. Families and children work hard to pay for these expensive trips. Let's hope Watchdog get wind of this, would make a great story.
