Like others I have had to resort to the small claims service for a refund. I was advised in writing that it would take 4 weeks, this became 5 and now it’s 6.
The package travel terms and conditions that they have relied upon not to cancel before June states they refunds must be in 14 days.
I am not wasting any more time with them, a county court judgement can deal with it.
