Excellent website, easy to use. Good customer service as kept up to date with order. Arrived quickly and products were as described. Very pleased. The only reason you have 4 stars instead of 5 was the packaging. 2 book bags and a make up bag in a box big enough to fit 3x 3 year olds in that they made into a house! Ridiculous size of box for a tiny order. That's my only criticism though. I have already placed another order. Hoping for a smaller box this time!
