My first purchase was intended to be a one off, since my supplier was closed for ten days over Christmas. After ordering at ease and being able to check stock levels, I simply could not return to my original supplier. For my business, getting orders out quickly is essential to keep customers returning and I used to always get an email a week or so after placing my order saying something was out of stock, could I pick and alternative; with no help on what was actually in stock which as you could imagine was a huge inconvenience to my customers and myself.
