I really like the fact you can enter everything online and get an instant price, it's very honest and I like being able to see what different changes can cost so I can make informed decisions, and the range of options is great! Also, when I had questions (some basic) the staff were patient and responded quickly and listened to my concerns/specifics, making me feel I could trust the company to take care with my order. I do not have my windows/doors yet but I am sure they will be great based on the customer service and website so far.
