Absolutely USELESS company!! Have spent over 2 weeks in communication with the sales team to get samples of window/cill/door sections so I can assess it fits into my house apertures. Failed responses, failed promises of sample dispatch, failure to phone back when promised, and also lied to on 2 occasions about promised dispatched samples which have NEVER turned up. I had been looking at placing an order of around £5000 for replacement windows/doors, but after my dealings with this company, I can only now go elsewhere. Some companies would love a £5000 orders these days, but this company doesn't deserve it. Thoroughly incompetent.
