I ordered a window on 1st Feb 2017. I received notification of delivery for Fri 10th Feb. When the delivery arrived, the bottom frame extender was missing. The driver had forgotten to put it on the van. He promised us that it would be sent out by courier and we would have it by Tuesday. Nothing arrived so I telephoned and was told the couriers could not find our house. Very strange as we are on a busy main road, not tucked up some back lane. Anyway, we were told again that we would have the missing piece by Thursday 10am. Nothing arrived. Still chasing up and in the meantime have had to put the fitters off for the third time as window cannot be fitted without the frame extender. Very unhappy with this service. I can not recommend them at all and will never use them again.
