Very poor service. I was due a delivery on the Friday and I left it until 15.30 before ringing, to be told that my order had gone else where!! When I asked when I would receive my order I was told that I wouldn't receive it until the following Tuesday!! Then I was told that they had run out of stock and that they couldn't say when they could supply it at which I cancelled the order. This didn't stop them taking the payment, when I rung to ask when I would receive a refund I was told 5/7 working days!!! All in all I would not recommend this company. I doubt this review will appear on their website, but I have had my say!!!

I'm sorry to hear your BUILT/ experience didn't meet our normal high standards. Your unusual delivery mix-up was the result of an isolated error during dispatch with one of our new national delivery partners. We have since taken steps to ensure this does not happen again.

While we made every effort to rectify the situation and keep you informed, we appreciate that you feel dissatisfied. A full refund was issued with our sincere apologies upon cancellation; though it is standard for funds to take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.
