Awful. Worst customer care experience I have ever received. Paid for a jumpstart by card and then told by the mechanic it was the alternator and there was nothing further he could do - fair enough but when I got a local mechanic out I was told it was the battery and off I drove after a Jump start. I have called 4 times and every time I have been told I will receive a call back. The last time I spoke to Henry who told me all they can do is make a request and he is sorry this has been ignored. I am still waiting for a call back and will be looking into what to do next.
