Their Handling of the sale was acceptable.
But their preparation of the sale literature was amateurish and lazy. We proof read it and re-arranged the layout. Compounded by poor spelling and use of professional terms.
On the plus side it did give my wife much amusement reading their attempts at estate agent speak.
