Colours not representative of photos. Returned to Bob Books, having heard nothing for 10 days had to call to determine status, only to be advised that no action had yet been taken.
Photos will be sent to lab to see if reprinting produces different results, this is expected to happen sometime next week, more than 2 weeks after I returned the book. Not really impressed though Bob Books has time enough to redeem the situation.
