Pro: ability to create and save templates
Cons: although pages inside acceptable, didn't like the sticky-back plastic-looking cover
technical problems: many of the photos in my file disappeared when making book
technical problems: book very slow to download and incorrect file appeared
inability of Bob Books team to solve above problems - so frustrating
