“The Blue Hat team ran a team-building drumming session for us - at 45mins long it was a good way to energise and engage the team as part of the working day. The Blue Hat team were professional, energetic, engaging. They kept in close contact with me preceding the event to ensure it ran smoothly. This is the second time I've used the company and would happily do so again!”

“I returned back home after 2 good days with our team and I wanted to thank Blue Hat and their team for putting on such an amazing event! And, given the blistering heat, well done to all involved too! The team was blown away by the quality of the different puzzles. The event achieved what I wanted which was a fun break away from strategy and enjoy some time away from the conference room. Once again, many thanks and I will reconnect again with some other meetings and events.”

“Jaber and Michael did a brilliant job in organizing our retreat team building activities at Pennyhill park. The activities all ran really smoothly and Blue Hat team on site were super motivating and great fun - they brought a lively atmosphere and healthy completion. Bluehat were really flexible with timings & potential wet weather options. It was a really successful event and thankfully the sun came out for us! We will be using them again for future events.”

“Blue Hat Teambuilding ran an activity for our conference back in January, and for anyone wanting to use their services I would say the below; Good, prompt and effective communication: - Very quick at responding to proposal request and email communication - I had a call with them to get further clarity on the activity, once we had selected it, and the gentleman I spoke with answered all my questions and clarified my doubts - They communicated via email ahead of the event to ensure we were aligned, confirm times for the session, intro, etc. Clear proposal, which was representative of how the event was run: - Their proposal was clear and they selected three potential activities based on the objectives described to them for the session, which was very helpful as it was easy to assess how the activities aligned to the theme - The activity took place as they had described, with something for everyone, which was great to see Experienced and in control: - They planned and asked relevant questions ahead of the event. It was clear they had run this activity at events of a similar scale in the past - On the day they arrived at the time agreed, and introduced themselves to myself and Kath to ensure the transition from Kath to Robin was smooth Overall, I’d be recommend Blue Hat for another event”

“'Beat the clock' was a fantastic, uplifting, fun and engaging team building session for a 3 day corporate event. It really offered the delegates some light hearted silliness whilst being competitive and working with team members. “I really can not recommend Blue Hat enough- throughout the process, Connor communicated regularly and answered any questions I had around logistics and timings- offering great suggestions along the way too. The theme for this year's Conference was Working Smarter, Together and as a photography business we agreed that Animation would be fitting. We were divided into 8 teams of 6 employees, with each team assigned a director, sound technician, set designer etc; the challenge being to collaborate with the other teams to create a Stop Motion Animation in line with one agreed narrative. It was great fun and the creative elements of the exercise really appealed to the skill set of our group, whilst also challenging them to communicate effectively- high praise was given by all of how much they enjoyed it! Conor and his team were enthusiastic and great facilitators too, thankyou for making our conference one of the best yet!”

Yes, Animate continues to be a very popular activity for all the reasons you mentioned and we're so pleased to hear how everyone enjoyed it on the day. We also recognise that an activity can only be as good as the people who turn up on the day to deliver it and we've worked really hard over the years to find the people who naturally have the right attitude to help maximise the delegate experience. “Blue Hat provided us with an excellent service on the day of our event. From the initial meetings they were enthusiastic, listened clearly to our needs for the day and offered us a range of choices. The team were quick to respond to any queries and the event they ran was very popular within our department; engaging 500 corporate people into all the fun and games was questionable but some how Blue Hat and their large team on the day did just that. “Right from the first conversation, Blue Hat can get deep into the goals and benefits of each activity to ensure it meets your goals for any learning experience or if its just pure fun team building. We required a particularly challenging couple of activities that we felt our very smart and driven employees would both enjoy but also stretch their skills. For example, we picked the Hells Bells activity as below the surface it touches on a number of the elements around the 5 dysfunctions of teams, which meant we as a leadership team can observe our team behaviours when working together on a challenging task(s). We worked closely with Stephanie, Isla and Conor on the actual day who ensured everything worked seamlessly from a logistical perspective - including liaising with the venue to ensure they can set up properly. On the day, the team were great at facilitating the exercise and nudging teams when they needed it so we kept to our timetable. A perfect balance of letting the teams enjoy the activity, but giving assistance without directly helping or solving it for them. From an overall customer experience, I cannot speak highly enough - and the feedback from every employee was highly positive.”
