Hi Lucy, I have actually been wanting to speak with someone regarding my order last week, however every time I call I am in the waiting queue for a long time before the call ends. I was actually very unhappy with my order. I ordered these 'letterbox' style flowers as it would be suitable for a friend who would be at work during the day & home during the evening. I was only to find out two days later that these flowers were delivered to a neighbour (who was not at home), therefore my friend could not collect her flowers until a few days later, at which point - the flowers were in a terrible condition. I did not expect the flowers to be delivered to a next door neighbour. The whole idea is that they go through the letterbox!! I am severely unhappy with this outcome, as it ruined a nice surprised & it was not a cheap purchase. I look forward to hearing from you on this matter. Thanks, Emily
