“Two blocked toilets in our building. Phoned Blockbusters and initial customer service was very good with great communication and callout arranged for next day. The engineer called and was courteous, friendly, knowledgable and fixed problem quickly and efficiently. Professional and friendly mannerism. All in all great service from start to finish and I would definitely recomend.”

“Sam attended to my property yesterday and was polite and friendly. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a job for their company but Southern Water instead. Sam called Southern water on my behalf and organised them to come out the same day. He did everything for me which put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Blockbusters Drainage and Plumbing services recently cleared my kitchen drains.The service was easy to contact,very helpful on the phone,came within two days,and cleared the blockage before 9am that morning.The engineer was efficient,helpful and quick. Payment was easy(although the prices had escalated since a year ago when I called them out before!!)-but I did expect them to cost more.All in all a very good efficient service whom I would recommend. Hilary Skelton.”

“Excellent- would highly recommend. Great customer service from initial point of contact to job completion. Received a call from engineer prior to arrival, very pleasant and friendly. Drains all cleared after tracking down the problems and it was very easy to make the payment. Detailed receipt given. Many thanks.”

“I asked BlockBusters to do a CCTV survey of a pipe that travels under the floor of our house which was blocking after some recent renovations. Callum arrived who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He discovered that the pipe isn't connected to the sewer and is draining under the house. This was all the information I needed to contact our builders to ask them to remedy it. He also suggested some fixes that might not require the floor to be excavated. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I used BlockBusters recently for a blocked toilet, after trying several methods myself. They arranged for someone to come the same day.
