I can not fault Black Prince at all, the whole process from start to finish has been excellent. The boats were exactly as per description, comfortable with all the necessary equipment. The staff who briefed us on arrival couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Any issue where dealt with and managed effectively. Even when something wasn't there fault the support and help we received was second to none. I would not only recommend the company but the holiday as a whole. As a family of four with kids aged 9 and 12 it is a fantastic holiday, even the dog loved it!
