Hi, My name is Mariam I'm from the West Midlands. For a number of years I'v been having many health challenges from food intolerances to severe fatigue, hair loss, back pain and more recently I was diagnosed with clots on my lungs .Due to it I was having severe pain in my calves and shortness of breath and pain in my chest.
