Had an issue with my 31 year old Billingham SC330, entirely due to fair wear and tear! Lots of help from the factory with regard to the repair and possible upgrades. It arrived back in a lovely bag, the broken loop fixed and modified to take the modern SuperFlex Partitions. Fantastic after sales service from very knowledgeable and skilled people.
