Horrendous experience! Old dirty coach collected us from Sheffield to Wembley. Took 5hrs with the only air con being the open drivers window! Upon return the coach broke down (at 1am in the morning!) with a blown radiator hose. Had to wait for the company boss to come out and fix it! Then after over a 3 1/2 hour wait we set off for it to need to pull over again, as it was overheating! Got back to Sheffield at 8am (after leaving Wembley at 11.30pm) To find I had to pay extra for my car parking. Upon raising my disappointment to BIGGREENCOACH (twice) they didn’t even have the decency to respond!!! Appalling customer service, AVOID!
