My order was accepted by a very persuasive salesman late afternoon. By 10 am the following day-the time their office opened I cancelled my order and confirmed this to the salesman shortly after. I cancelled because the information given about the products was vague and was also concerned about dimensions as well as the price being high compared with similar products. The company was extremely difficult to communicate with and would not confirm in writing and would not respond to my emails or letters sent by recorded delivery. A week later they maintained that the order could not be cancelled because the item was "Bespoke". Eventually we accepted the chair on agreement the adjustable bed ordered was cancelled and part of our deposit was returned. Eventually we received the chair and a cheque which their bank refused. We then received our outstanding monies via bank transfer. The whole experience was very stressful.. .
