First of all I would like to say the whole process was awful, from ordering to getting the bed in my house was absolutely draining. On the day my bed was due to be delivered I was at work but made sure my mum and sister was home for the time slot, the delivery guy called me but I missed it, within 1 minute I returned the call and he said "he's driven off" - he was so rude to me and kept on ending my call. I said to him did you ring the buzzer because my family is at home, he said No. At this point, I was begging him to go back because I needed the mattress. I also called my mum so she can go outside and speak to them. When my mum got outside they just left my mattress on the street, closed the van and told my mum they wont help her bring it upstairs. Disgusting! In the end my mum had to bring the mattress up on her own. its been around 6 weeks now and the mattress is so uncomfortable, its not as puffy, I can feel springs on my back, its a horrible experience. I would like someone to look into this complaint as soon as possible.
