DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HARDLY NEXT DAY DELIVERY & THANKFUL MY DISABLED HUSBAND WASN'T HERE - HE WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS FLOOR LEVEL FOR 3 NIGHTS!!! MATTRESS PROTECTOR AS COMPENSATION CAN BE SHOVED WHERE THE SUN DOESNT SHINE!
