Literally the most pleasant customer experience I've ever had! These people are pros! Firstly I have ordered from them a few times and always had prompt and hassle free service not to mention the adorable wrapping and lovely products that never disappoint...however on one occasion I had found a shade was not suiting my skin tone so I simply reached out to ask for some recommendations for a better match as I value the advice they give. Anyway with in hours I received the most sweet, kind and professional response and entered in to a similarly pleasant exchange where I was refunded the full price of what I had bought, allowed to keep the products and sent a new more suitable product...I was gob smacked at how well I was treated and how valued I felt as a customer so I felt I had to leave a review to share this experience.. customer for life now!!
