I paid this company £250 at the beginning of August and have not received a reply to several emails and the product did not arrive. It is now about 6 weeks. A horrendous customer experience. Very disappointing. Can someone respond?

Ordered two vases on 22July! Order confirmed and supposedly shipped, to be delivered week of 8 August! Still no delivery or communication! Sent a registered post letter as can get no other feedback as to where my order is and it was refused twice on Saturday! What sort of service is that and where are my vases or my £685!! So so disappointed and disgusted in this service.

Disappointed in communication with company, I have sent many emails to see when order will be sent to me as we have renovated and the only thing we are waiting on is the wall lighting. I have had no reply’s from email, instagram or their online chat just constant tickets being created. It has been over 30days being told it would be sent early august and payment taken of just under £300 Am very disappointed. Please let me know when my order is due.

Ordered two vases costing £685 on 23 July! Money taken straight away but no delivery! I have send numerous emails and messages and no one has answered! Appalling service would not recommend to anyone!

Can someone please reply to my emails about my order!! I have emailed 5 times in the last two weeks and haven’t had a single response. I know your team works Mon-Friday but this is ridiculous. I paid over £500 for a dressing table on pre-order which I has already been delayed twice and i was last told that you were expecting the delivery on the 7th August which has since passed. I haven’t had any emails, shipping confirmations NOTHING. I placed my order back in June and have been waiting 2 months now. This is causing me a lot of stress, please can you reply to my email and give me a refund at this point because it’s beyond a joke.

Bit of a confusing process thru this company but got there in the end! Ordered a nest of coffee tables, it did in fairness say they would ready by 17th eventually got them 25th, which isn’t a complaint as I wasn’t in any rush, my observations were that there was a lack of Communication and a bit unclear. Was eventually sent an e mail that said my order had been sent to the suppliers (but didn’t say who suppliers were and it wasn’t mentioned under the goods description on the site) so got a bit confused when I got e mails from Libra to say they were shipping with no reference to Beaumonde. But as I said got there in the end and actually very pleased with the tables once they arrived. Price was competitive too so pleased with that!

3rd different place of ordering this clock as previous 2 were damaged, possibly why the two companies were £30 cheaper. However, Beaumonde’s was quick and efficient and pristine on arrival. Beautiful clock

I emailed customer service requesting a lamp which most closely matched my colour scheme but didn't receive any reply - ironically, I think because the delivery was so fast, the message may have been read after dispatch. Even so, I would have appreciated a response. The La Voliere lamp has been well packed but unfortunately, 2 birds were damaged.

We do not use overnight carriers for large and fragile items. The goods were collected from the warehouse on the 19th May as notified so please check your emails and messages for carrier contact.
