I ordered a bath panel only to find that the legs on my bath bow out so the panel could not fit. I contacted customer service who told me to cut the legs off my bath! These legs support it off the floor. I returned the bath panel in accordance with the T&Cs on the website, sent proof of delivery. I have tried emailing, calling (which states all operators are busy and hangs up) and messaging and no-one will return my call and even after 30 days of return I have had no refund.
