Good old fashioned, dimpled lid, roasting dish....just like my mother had! Been trying to get one of these for ages. Wonderful product and it cooked/browned my chicken to perfection! Easy to clean afterwards and no need to clean the oven. Would recommend this roasting dish to anyone and it was a sensible price too! Thanks, Barnitts!
