I purchased 6 hardrives for a HP servers but realized that hard drives are 2.5" so I didn't touch any drive and sent the box back I received on same day and ask them to replace drives with 3.5" ones. after 3 working days I was told that they accept returns but it will have 20% restocking fee however they reduce it to 15% as I need to replace it with new one.
I have been buying good online for so many years and newer experienced this. I recommend you to look for alternative website.
