I have had to return items to Ballicom twice. I will never order anything from them again, period. I have had to chase and chase and chase, first to get a return authorisation and then to get any progress. I have chased by email and by phone. Either way it takes weeks before they do anything.
Apalling. Go to a retailer that values follow up customer service.
