Purchased a laptop via ebay. On the day of proposed delivery I had a phone call saying the device had been lost from their warehouse and therefore they could not send it to me which was very disappointing. They cancelled the sale and refunded my money straight away which was at least fair. On ebay however they said that I had cancelled the purchase which is not fair as I would not back out on a deal like that..
