It was good to be given a choice of hotels in the resorts we chose and some help to make up our minds! Staff at both our hotels, Bol on Brac and in Split were friendly, helpful and efficient - a delight! Private transfers certainly lessen any stress and were all on time with no problems. To be able to sort out any worries in advance with the office is a bonus. I would use Balkan Travel again and would have no problem recommending them to to others (and have done)
