Just returned from Montenegro (2 locations) and Croatia (1 location) Kotor in Montenegro was fantastic, full of life, great restaurants and drinking holes. The hotel was very quaint and in a good location, staff very friendly, bit noisy at night but no complaints and would recommend a short stay to anyone. One of the most scenic places I have ever been too. Budva also in Montenegro was a different kettle of fish, hotel was amazing, great location, staff very friendly, food perfect and an amazing pool which was really needed as it was so hot. Old town was so pretty and full of character but the other side of the resort was very loud and more suited to a younger person. Saying that we had a great time. What can I say about the hotel and resort in Cavtat (Croatia)... amazing and would differently not only recommend it to others but would come back again and only 15 minutes from the airport. Hotel perfect, staff friendly and views to die for and only a 45 minute boat trip to Dubrovnik if you wanted to visit. This is the 4th holiday we have booked with Balkan Escape and certainly won't be the last, they take away any stress that might be there, from flight booking and checking in to transfers to and from different resorts.
