The brownies were lovely and it’s a fabulous idea to be able to send baked goodies. However I paid for a tracked next day delivery and never received the tracking notice. As a result the gift waited 5 days before it was collected from reception and the customer service reply was inadequate, just offering me a basic 10% discount on future orders and did not apologise or seek to reimburse me the extra postage charge or acknowledge the mistake and disappointment caused as a sender. I am still waiting on a reply to my follow up email. Sadly I won’t be recommending your service. An apology would have been so much more appropriate.
