We ordered 3 differently worded corporate badges on line from Badgemaster, three weeks ago.
The order arrived very quickly but the badge specifications were wrong, and only two badges, not three, contacted Badgemaster, who promised to re process the order. A week later, nothing had arrived. We contacted them again. And they stated that the replacement order had gone out that morning. It is now two weeks later and they have not yet arrived.
