Poor quality materials. Washed the outfit as it was going to be worn straight from hospital as a newborn. Followed the instructions to wash on 30degrees and it came out completely ruined, all shrivelled up and some parts stretched. When I first contacted, my message was read and ignored. Then I had to wait one week for a rude response telling me I’m lying and I have not cared or looked after the items and it’s my fault. Very poor customer service and they clearly only care about money not their customers. Absolute waste of my time and my money
