The felt roof on a dormer window had deteriorated resulting in a leak in the bedroom. From the moment I rang Steve, the problem was dealt with politely and efficiently. He had a look, sent me a quote via email and I contacted him to arrange a time. On the day the weather forecast was for a storm in the afternoon, so the team arrived promptly with twice the number of workers than usual, to get the job done before the storm. They were totally efficient, cleared up everything and were extremely polite. I would totally recommend them.
