Great communication in both pre and post sales with the team. I did think I'd be able to access the disney and universal tickets immediately but maybe I should have read more in depth as this assumption wasn't the reality. I also had to get my Universal tickets emailed to me because they never turned up in the post. Not a massive problem but it begs the question why isn't it all electronic anyway
