Excellent customer service. I purchased the Atlantis Chyro chair but the backrest wouldn't adjust. I contacted Atlantis and Joel responded immediately to try and resolve the problem. Atlantis collected the chair, replaced the backrest and redelivered it in the same week. The chair is very comfortable, stylish and good value for money. Great to find a company that value their customers.
