This is the second time I have dealt with this company. Today I got through immediately, was passed on to Chris for some technical information, and, just like the last time, he gave me everything that I needed in simple terms that I understood. Once I had ordered, I asked him a further question about the difference between gain and volume, and he explained everything that I needed to know. The next time I set up for a gig (with the new PA) I'll be far better able to set it all up and achieve the sound that I want. I recommend them without reservation.
