Terrible service. Failed to arrive for two appointments on two consecutive days as they were so behind schedule. I was then promised the first slot and a 10% discount but the roofer did not arrive until midday and failed to apply the discount and charged a large amount extra for materials. Each time I called to chase the arrival time and then the discount I was left hanging on for ages. Very poor support.
