I called them because I needed a hole drilled in my soil stack to relocate a waste pipe. the engineer turned up wearing shorts, trainers and a hoodie, with an old battery drill, flat batteries, and a blunt hole saw. HE wore no PPE at all (no hearing protection, safety glasses or gloves). He ended up using my drill and my hole saws, but still didn't finish the job. When I checked my credit card they had billed my £137!
I have called them 4 times, and emailed the contact they gave me - no resolution. do yourself a favour, avoid this company
