I have used this company twice. The first time, 2018, I swore I'd never use them again. A couple of years later, January 2021, I thought I'd try again. Surely it couldn't happen again? It did. The first job was to do with a leaking radiator valve. 2 bills came in for a total of over £750. with small refund after weeks of arguing. The 2nd bill, £478 for a drain inspection and a wasted journey to collect a new exterior inspection cover with a view to doing more work that I did'nt ask for. Also a billing error...hmm... they reduced the bill slightly. Money taken straight out of my account with no breakdown imeadiately after the job because... you have to give Aspect your card details before they come. Be very very careful.
