The team are always on hand even out of standard working hours and they provide assistance with the purchasing and installation of desktops, laptops, printers, software, network solutions and back-up systems and are also a friendly voice at the end of the phone when you're at your wits end because your e-mail provider decides that the problem you are facing isn't caused by them, but you know it is and need help proving just that. They provide an installation service both office based and for our employees that work from home and they are always willing to travel to any location to get our personnel up and running.
