I received a phone call to say there was a problem with the van bringing my 5pm Asda home delivery and it would be put on another van. I was called later to be told this wasn't possible but it was ready and waitjng for collection. I informed the caller that we are self isolating as we are in our 70's with serious health conditions and asked could they delivery it any other time. I was told no all vans are full and drivers would not be allowed to take more on board. When I asked what other option was there, I was told I could cancel the order. Thanks for nothing Asda.
