Your business plan might be great and could really work very well, but after a year of subscription I can tell that, I have never seen anything more chaotic then your services. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve troubles I had with those boxes [the fact they were always late was the least] 3 of 4 boxes came in half destroyed, my contact details were messed up all the time so I had to contact our delivery services to fix that for you because all you had for me was "we are sorry" Well great, I am sorry, I did not paid for this! Penultimate box was the biggest pain of my online shopping life guys. At the beginning I was so happy that you are doing this helping people get more creative, artsy and help them develop skills. I never got a cent back for all the troubles, not that it matters that much, but you should really start value your clients and knowing you screwed something up it would be great to at least do something about it! I hope there is not more people with such experience. Just be ready for excuses, not solutions.
