I investigated other Kitchen companies locally, one independent and one national. We initially met Glan and I felt that he really listened to our requirements. There was no you really don’t want to tile the floor, or try to include... which we were getting from the other suppliers. It was really good to be able to see the design of your new kitchen and get a feel for what it would look like before any agreement was reached. We ordered our own range and American fridge freezer and the design was amended accordingly. Once you have decided on the design , you are given a project manager. This makes life so much easier as every tradesman is organised for you. The Britten’s, electricians, plasterers etc were all respectful, they listened to your requirements and the plasterer went over and above. The units are good quality , and we had a couple of issues when substandard units were delivered, but were replaced in a few days. I can only make one criticism, and that was the completion estimate. We have a large kitchen and we were told that the work would take up to 3 weeks. In reality it took a month, but we’re really pleased with the result.
