So grateful to Stephen for arranging an emergency plumber (Mitchell) to come out to us quickly when water started cascading down from our flat to the flat below, but it was not apparent where it was. Mitchell arrived within 20 minutes and immediately realised that our builder had accidentally drilled through the cold water pipe. He took up some floor tiles, turned the water off and fixed it efficiently. All at a very reasonable price. I'm so very relieved at Aquatek's responsiveness and efficiency in a panic-inducing situation! Absolutely recommended.
