"I thought I’d drop you a line to tell you how very unhappy I am at your service. Your website says Repairs but when your engineer called to “repair” our oven he charged us £72 to tell us we need to call an electrician. Being an electric oven I would have thought being an electrician would be a pre-requisite for a repair person."
